A recent study demonstrated that today’s consumer is going way beyond the traditional value drivers of Price, Performance and Convenience in the way they value and purchase brands. Emerging drivers around health and social responsibility are wrapped in consumer expectations of transparency. The study by Deloitte was commissioned by the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) and the Food Marketing Institute.
