Payfare Announce Partnership with Upside to Provide Cashback

Upside, a retail technology business, and Payfare Inc., a leading fintech enabling quick payout and digital banking solutions for the gig workforce, announced a partnership to incorporate Upside promotions directly in the DasherDirect application powered by Payfare. Cardholders of DasherDirect in the United States can take advantage of Upside promotions at 50,000 fuel and food retailers nationwide.

At approved retail locations, DasherDirect cardholders can claim a customized fuel, grocery, or restaurant offer in the rewards section of their DasherDirect app. Incentives include up to 45% cash back on food and up to 25¢/gal cashback on fuel, which is automatically collected at the point of sale when the DasherDirect Visa card powered by Payfare is used to make a transaction.

This partnership will also be advantageous to retailers on the Upside platform. By providing DasherDirect cardholders with unique rewards and experiences, the cardholders will be incentivized to visit partner retailers, purchase more frequently, or add more items to their basket in a manner that benefits the retailer.
